Marc Berryman is the Chief Operating Officer of Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited, responsible for Investment Services, Technology, Business Risk & Control, Trading, Information Security and Facilities.
Marc was previously Investment Operations Director at St. James’s Place, and earlier served as CEO/COO of Credit Suisse Asset Management UK. He also held senior roles at UBS Asset Management, including Head of UK Business Management and UK Integration Lead during the Credit Suisse/UBS merger.
Outside of GIB AM, Marc serves as Independent Director of Thera Trust, Chair of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of CDP Worldwide and Director of CDP Worldwide - Japan.
Marc is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Cardiff University, along with a higher apprenticeship in Transformational Leadership and the ICAEW’s Sustainability Certificate.
