Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I)
Our vision is to succeed by scaling and mobilising significant capital supporting sustainable investment strategies.
As a boutique asset manager, we value diversity, encourage inclusion and support the well-being of our colleagues.
Our targets and facts
ED&I partnerships
We believe in collaboration and recognise the importance of being a responsible employer; partnering with key organisations allows us to hold ourselves to a high standard.
Inclusive Employer
Inclusive Employers is the UK’s first and leading membership organisation for employers committed to building inclusive workplaces. The Inclusive Employers Accreditation is a recognition awarded to organisations that demonstrate a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
We successfully achieved Committed Status on our first submission attempt in 2023, which is the standard accreditation for the majority of firms of our size.
UN Principles for Women Empowerment
We are proud to become a signatory and supporter of the Women’s Empowerment Principles.
The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) are a set of Principles offering guidance to businesses on how to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community. Established by UN Women and UN Global Compact, the WEPs are informed by international labour and human rights standards and grounded in the recognition that businesses have a stake in, and responsibility for, gender equality and women’s empowerment.
Living Wage
We are committed to being a responsible employer and have, since 2023, been an accredited living wage employer, ensuring we pay our colleague sufficiently to meet their basic living expenses.
Our values
We adhere to high standards through our internal guidelines, implementing our ED&I strategy at every stage of our colleagues' careers.
This applies to all individuals applying for a position with us, the recruitment and selection process, as well as advancement and development opportunities in any form.

Volunteering
As part of our ED&I goals, we partner with various organisations to help make make an impact.
We provide colleagues the opportunity to fulfil both personal and corporate volunteering activities during working hours.
HandsOn London
We partner with HandsOn London, which provides a range of volunteering activities for our colleagues to take part in. This includes their annual Wrap Up London campaign, whereby volunteers raise awareness of the campaign, and help to collect and sort donated coats. These coats are then distributed to London’s most vulnerable people during the winter months, through homeless shelters, women’s refuges, older people’s centres and many other London charities.
AFK
AFK helps children and young people with disabilities and autism live more independent, fulfilling lives. We partner with AFK to provide experiences for the young people they work within the corporate world. This includes a ‘Day in the Life’ at GIB AM, where the young people come to our London office, and colleagues volunteer to run useful sessions such as CV writing workshops, interview practice, etc. We also partner with AFK to provide paid internships.
