Louise Oades

Louise Oades is Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at GIB UK. She is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and attorney in New York, with extensive experience in financial services legal and compliance matters. Louise Oades currently holds SMF16 and SMF17 Senior Manager Functions. Louise Oades joined GIB UK in 2019 as Head of Legal, having previously served as General Counsel at RWC Partners. Prior to that Louise Oades held senior legal roles at CQS and Invesco, and began her career at Clifford Chance.

Louise Oades holds a law degree from the University of Durham and a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.
