Ash Dale

Ash Dale is the Head of Business Development at GIB Asset Management and has overall responsibility for the firm’s business development activities.

Ash has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in investments, for both long only and alternative investment strategies. He was most recently Head of Distribution & Marketing for Lansdowne Partners, having successfully acquired Crux Asset Management in 2023.  Previously, he was the UK CEO and Global Chief Business Development Officer for Harvest Global Investments and has worked in senior leadership roles at Mirae Asset, CLSA, GLS Capital Partners and ING Bank.  

Ash graduated from The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst in 1989, achieving the rank of Captain in the British Army.
