Vanessa Trigg

Vanessa is the Head of Human Resources at Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited. She has overall responsibility for the Company’s Human resources function and its people initiatives, to support GIB UK employees to succeed both professionally and personally. Prior to joining GIB UK, Vanessa has worked in the financial services industry for over two decades having previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FBN Bank (UK) Limited.

Before this, she held senior HR roles within Daiwa Securities Trust and Banking, BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse. Vanessa is active in building relationships with HR peers, which is evidenced in her participation acting as the Co-Chair for the City HR Association’s Wealth and Asset Management network. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has a degree in Strategic Human Resources Management, which she studied simultaneously as well as being in a full-time role.
