Jonathan White

Jonathan is Head of Treasury at Gulf International Bank (UK) Limited having overall responsibility for the foreign exchange products and all balance sheet, liquidity and cash management functions. He is also responsible for the GIB BSC London and GIB (UK) New York Treasury activities.

Jonathan has 30 years’ Treasury experience gained at Sumitomo Trust, Nordbanken and Arab Banking Corp predominantly focusing on trading FX markets. He spent the following 17 years at The Kuwait Investment Office (Kuwait’s London based Sovereign Wealth Fund) heading the Treasury Department. Here he was responsible for the cash investment, FX execution, analysis and hedging for the fund.
